Multiple desgn options
Every customer is thinking of getting better idea ideated after briefing the architects with his own idea. As a customary practice, it is quite natural on the part of most of the customers to expect multiple options from architects. The minimum they expect is 3 designs, and may go up to 6 designs. When a client comes to EDC it becomes a normal practice to get multiple options for their project. This will be a great motivational factor for customers to be with EDC.

The first step in cost-effectiveness starts with the architectural design. Building Design itself is the most crucial part in promoting economy. Integrating space utility through simple designs, reducing construction cost through effective project management, wise sourcing and using of materials and reducing wastage at construction are preliminary to cost-cutting.
Achieving cost-effectiveness through optimising resources and technology is another way. Application of energy efficient methods and systems such as solar power, optimising climate orientation, utilisation of natural light and considering wind orientation are smart ways to achieve cost-efficiency.
